I’m Kate Trompetter, Founder and CEO of Connect for Collective. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of community, leadership, and systems change—helping purpose-driven people and organizations turn their ideas into impact.

My background spans public agencies, nonprofits, philanthropy, and collaborative networks. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with leaders across sectors—from law enforcement and the community to education, public health, and community development—to co-design strategies that align people, purpose, and possibility.

I approach every engagement as an ally and thought partner. My work is rooted in curiosity, trust, and the belief that meaningful change begins with honest relationships and courageous conversations.
